Located in Mooresville, NC, our newest data center benefits from its unique location. Our facility has a Heavy Power Distribution Substation located on premises and is directly connected to the two Duke Energy power generation plants near Lake Norman, ensuring high capacity access to North Carolina’s highest availability network and plentiful green and renewable hydro energy. A carrier-neutral facility, access to several major long-haul fiber carriers and their MPLS networks is delivered through diverse route entry into dual Meet-Me rooms.

GIGA Data Centers converted the existing building into a data center fully compliant to Tier III* standards.

    2. Three-factor authentication with biometrics required to access Data Hall and two-factor provided to each WindChill® Enclosure
    3. Each WindChill® Enclosure provides a ten (10) rack private suite, or can be demised into smaller private suites as needed
    4. Security badge, combination lock or keyed locks to access individual rack cabinets
  • Security cameras positioned outside and throughout interior of site provide complete monitoring of all doorways, entrance and egress points
  • Lightning protection & perimeter grounding system installed
  • VESDA Fire Detection system with Triple Interlock sprinkler system

Standards Compliance and Readiness
